New Plant Construction

Proalta Services Inc. offer design, construction and commissioning services for your new plant. Our range of services includes coordination with the plant component manufacturer, steel structure erection, installation of plant manufacturer components, and mechanical installations. Proalta will work hand in hand with Electrical and Instrumentation trades in order to achieve the customers goals.

Plant Relocation and Demolition

Proalta Services Inc. offer complete dismantling, decommissioning and asset recovery services. From a single piece of delicate machinery to an entire manufacturing plant, we can provide complete dismantlement and equipment relocation services. All decommissioning, rigging and dismantling work is done in accordance with all safety rules and regulations. Whether in shut down or closed plants, or in congested areas adjacent to operating units, Proalta can provide a single point of contact between the demolition and mechanical teams to make each project a success.

Equipment Removal/Reinstall

Proalta is actively involved in the design, installation and set-up of many in-house and customer supplied cement plants, storage silos, pneumatic/mechanical conveying systems etc. covering all aspects of cement/lime production, transportation and handling. We also service the actual concrete production batch plants, storage terminal facilities including aggregate crushing and handling systems.

Bulk Storage / Silo Replacement

Proalta Services Inc. installs silos any size within Canada. Our construction teams have extensive experience with transport, rigging, and erection of bins and silos as well as install of conveyors, augers, hoppers and handling equipment to manufacturer’s specifications and can offer expert advice based on years of industry experience.

Dust Control / Material Handling Systems

Silo Painting

Through Proalta’s extensive experience installing and maintaining bulk storage silos, Proalta is often called upon to provide solutions when the exterior paint on your bulk storage tanks or silos is deteriorating and causing corrosion. Our resources allow us to take on contracts of any size and complexity. Our experience is second to none in the preparation of surfaces and the specialist application of protective coatings to suit all environments.
